Great customer service
I was extremely annoying as I wanted my replacement sword sent fast. Customer service responded extremely fast though I bombarded them with tons of questions. They shipped the replacement the next day after I emailed the damaged report. The new katana came razor sharp and in fantastic condition! Highly recommend it!

Damaged on Arrival
This sword was light, razor sharp, and fittings were tight. Looked absolutely great. Unfortunately mine arrived with 2 very small chips on the Blade. I contacted Chris and he was very helpful and quick to respond despite how annoying I most definitely was. My replacement is being shipped today so once I get that I will leave an updated review!

Ko katana #22
Don't know if I was expecting to much? Tip has scratches and a stain dark area on one side. Scabbard has multiple dimples in finish and tip end of scabbard has whitish scratched area( box appears as though it was bent. Styrofoam tip end was completely destroyed when I opened box.) Worst part after only a few draws handle is lose. May try another model guess I expected more but was only 295.00.

Ko-Dotanuki Katana
A very well made sword! The blade is very sharp! Excellent blade Geometry! The Tsuka-ito is tight and same-gawa is nice. Menuki are solid Brass and aren't lose. Sukashi Tsuba is well constructed. Saya Buffalo horn is high quality. Worth more than what I paid for it! It is a great cutting Katana! I will definitely buy a Elite blade in the future.
