Dojo Pro Katana Model #1 Samurai Sword
The quality for the price of this piece is more than outstanding. I'll note that this is a shorter than average katana (forgive my layman's phrasing) and I didn't do my homework. This isn't in any way the fault of the manufacturer, but I thought it worth pointing out for two reasons: a) If you're looking for a standard-length blade for your practice, this is not going to be the sword you want b) It says a lot for the product that despite the fact that I made this mistake, I do not have any interest in returning it. It's really a great piece, and I only want to buy another one from the seller now, to fulfill my original intent. As they say in America, if someone wants it, they can pry my #1 Model Katana from "my cold dead hands." Conclusion: Excellent sword, just pay attention to stated blade length in comparison to other offerings.

Solid
I wanted the number 1 for a number or reasons, its looks being one, but also I wanted to see what the debut katana looked and felt like up close. Ronin definitely put their best foot forward. Solid feel, exactly as advertised, razor sharp, just beautiful all around. Fits my style and personality exactly. I shopped around extensively, and I'm positive you just can't beat Ronin. Couldn't be happier, can't wait to get more!
