You won't be disappointed.
You generally hear that most people say you can't find any flaws on a Ronin katana scratch and dent. I found a few. A few marks on the blade, a scuff by the opening. The sword is a little loose when it's in the saya for my taste. Despite that I would buy this again. It's a fantastic sword. Everything about it feels amazing. It's sharp, cuts well. I really enjoy the datanoki style. Only complaint was I wish they had a scratch and dent wakashi.

Dojo Pro 12
This is not the first time I purchased the Dojo Pro 12. Fit and finish are far better than on my ko katana from a different company. Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is obvious. Lower priced katanas are a disappointment after owning this. The bo hi / blood grove is highly desirable and my Japanese cavalry saber and the antique Japanese katana my brother has both have that feature as do most combat knives.

Exceeded my expectations
I placed my order without any idea what "Scratch & Dent" would really mean. The #12 Dojo Pro I got is a pleasant surprise. Everything is tight, well aligned, and as described. The defects I found are (2) small forging pits on the side of the spine above the bohi. They can be seen during inspection but certainly won't affect practical usage. I'm very pleased.
