Entry level katana scratch and dent sale
I picked this sword up for 105 dollars. I did not need it, but I said what the hell, I liked the tanto I bought before(also scratch/dent). I realized 5 minutes after purchasing it , it was a 1045 blade, which I swore I wouldn't buy, this one is clay tempered though, which I guess helps a lot. This sword is very nice, dare I say practically perfect. They recommend no heavy cutting... It definitely cuts, no chips yet, I think my super vision can see a slight dimple here and there but no damage and like I say this dimple is definitely imperceivable probably to most. I cut smaller tree branches and a couple not so little ones as well, it has held up very well so far, so I'm happy with it. It handles well, it's on the light side for me but I definitely wanted something with bohi since most of my others are without. What I'm seriously impressed with is the ito wrap is perfect, it could be tighter but so far has not untied like half the other chinese swords I've bought. For 105 dollars, this sword damn near checks every box. Of course,I haven't tried to destroy it at all, I don't try to cut granite with it or anything, like some of you seem to want to do. So it is good, very good for price. I am a fan. I have spoken.

Rk #9
The sword was nearly perfect. The only two gripes I had are 1. The kashira is not aligned with the edge of the blade, so there is a larger gap on one side. 2. The hamon is not nearly as succinct, distinct, or neat, as the other two swords I have bought from this line. Everything else was gorgeous and as described.
