Dojo Pro Katana Model #30

Excellent condition and shipping! Very sharp and keeps an edge well. Also was surprised how fast I received it being that most swords take months from a sword smith, I had this puppy in a week and it’s perfect for iaido and cutting bottles, havent tried the mats yet but judging what I see already I’m not worried at all.

This is my first "real" katana. It is absolutely amazing. The blade is strong and sharp. Very well balanced. All fittings are solid and tight. My only complaint is the saya is a little loose.

Model 30 was advertised as the Ronin website's "sword of the month" and offered at a great discounted price. This was the deciding factor in my purchase of two Ronin swords at one time. I had been considering the purchase of a katana for approximately the last year or so and after much research and it's mostly positive reviews, I chose The Ronin Dojo Pro series above all others. I received the model 30 and model 13 swords within the same week of placing my order. The seller's communication regarding the status of my order was outstanding as well. I had never purchased anything from Ronin before and did not know what to really expect regarding product quality or quality of service. I was blown away by both. The fit and finish of both swords are I my opinion, superior! I know nothing is perfect but I can not find any defect in the quality of the blades and workmanship. If you are considering the purchase of a katana to add to you options of self protection, to rely on a product that you life may depend on, then consider the purchase of a Dojo Pro Katana. You can not beat the value for the amount you pay for their katana swords.

This is by far the nicest Katana I have bought. The balance and weight are so perfect it feels like an extension of your arm. Exceeding sharp actually I would say deceptively sharp. It is sharper than you think. I absolutely love this sword and am saving up for my next Ronin Purchase.
