Irish Two Handed Long Sword - Ring Pommel - Euro #6

The shipping on this sword was extremely fast taking 3 days in total from order which i was very pleased with. But i was disappointed with the factory edge as it was unable to cut paper out of the box. Other then the sharpness the sheath loosened over time as the two peices of paper that held the blade deteriorated. This was a simple fix though as you can take felt from the box and inlay it withen the sheath for more grip on the blade. The overall build to the sword itself me seems great, though this is my first true sword. For its price i am very pleased and would recommend it to others.

Just received the Irish Ring Hilt and it's great value for money. Shipping was fast; it was on my doorstep less than a week after ordering. It came with packaging normally seen on blades well above this price point. The sword is a solid construction, no rattle or looseness in the grip. Blade came sharp, with no secondary bevel. The only con I can think of is the hexnut retention system, some purists might complain it's not historical. For me, though, I like the modularity it provides. You rarely, if ever, see blades this nice for this price point anymore. Highly recommend.
