Ronin #13
Even the entry level sword is beautiful, sharp, and battle ready! I will be ordering again from this company, as I’m very happy with my purchase. I’m going to put this one through some tameshegiri. I know it will perform great. Thank you Ronin Katana!

Ronin Katana RK#13- The best sword for your buck.
Hello everyone, I am quite new to sword collecting but I do have many years of martial arts experience having been an amateur MMA fighter and boxer. Now, I am just a student nurse blowing off steam by collecting katanas. Anyway, when looking into buying an entry-level katana, I came across the RK#13 and I have to say that I am really happy that was the case. The RK#13 has a tight construction in which all the furniture feels specially made for this individual sword. The furniture itself is exceptionally crafted and features a wind motif. The blade is straight, sharp, and has what looks like a beautiful genuine hamon. In hand, the RK#13 feels very wieldable and a pleasure to swing. The RK#13 lives up to its wind motif as it effortlessly pierces the air to strike its target.

excellent workmanship with fit and finish
I purchased this sword after viewing a destruction test by reviewer Mathew Jensen on his you tube channel. I own several Dojo Pro Katana's from Ronin Katana however i wanted an entry level blade that had the fit and finish I expected from Ronin. It didn't disappoint. I recommend the entry level blades for persons who are just starting out in Martial studies or just want to have fun cutting water bottles in their backyard.

I’m giving it a 4 star because there is a little rust (small dots at least 4 spots) on the blade. Also, Every time I sheath back in the sword it always catches dirt from the saya. Im not sure if that’s normal. Other than than, it’s a beautiful sword and very sharp too.
