Annual scratch and dent sell wakizashi.
First off the shipping was great. The wakizashi itself is very nice. Balance is good, and it came pretty sharp. The tsuka is tight and has no wiggle. The kashira and the fuchi are plain with no design but its simplicity is nice. From the annual scratch and dent sell I'm very impressed. As far as I can tell the only flaw is a small scratch on the very tip And one of the fittings on the kashira wasn't glued. Very easy fixes. Great price for a nearly flawless wakizashi.

Pleasantly surprised
Got this a few days ago and I have literally gone over it in great detail and cannot find anything I would consider an issue designating it worthy of "scratch and dent". The mekugi is ever so slightly raised on one side creating the tiniest of bumps but there is no edge to it, it is not loose, nor does it make the grip uncomfortable. This was a great purchase to go with my Dojo Pro Katana. Overall, I am really really happy with it.

Scratch and Dent Dojo pro wakizashi #2
Fit and finish is nearly perfect except on the model I got, the handle feels like something shakes/wobbles on it when I swing it. May have to re-wrap the tsuka and check but other than that, the sword is sharp and feels great.

Great purchase for the money, cuts great!
First off, not one thing wrong with the blade, only thing I could see was the saya has a slight scuff. The handle is a little loose from the fuchi after some use but its nothing some light shimming cant fix. Great buy off of the s&d sale. Cut through single omote mat really well. Very sharp.
